I have been playing Trivial Pursuit Daily nine for over a year now on my PC with Windows 10 and MS Edge. The last four days I could not complete the loading of the Daily Nine game and it just showed the dancing pie sections when I pressed the play button. They normally go away and the question screen comes up. I let this go on for several minutes with not reaction. I contacted EA support and they first suggestion was to clear the browser history cache which I did and restarted the computer and no change with the results. My browser and Windows are up to date and had not changed from 5 days ago when I last played Daily nine. I aso tried to use Chrome with the same results and cleared its history cache also. I contacted support again this morning and they had no further suggestions but to post this on the forum for their team to study. It seems to be a unexpected and rare occurance. I await further replies from them or forum members.
Same. Have cleared my Edge cache, turned off all extensions, and tried in Firefox (Chrome wasn't loading the site at all for some reason today, so haven't tried it yet).

As an addendum to my previous post on this issue. I tried to use Chrome with no success, also Norton Safesearch browser without success. Cleared cache in all the browsers I tried to us, restarted the PC and used MS Edge again without success. This all started Monday Dec 11 as others have reported. I even tried to access with another computer-my laptop without success. This is definitely a Pogo bug. I saw in a reply somewhere to a similar issue that Pogo team is investigating this issue as probably at least 7or 8 people have reported it. They said they would let everyone know as soon as they worked this out.
