Hello! I just want to reassure everyone that this isn’t a new bug or something currently being worked on. The Trizzle Freeze Guide has been shared in this forum, across the Pogo community, and online for several years now.
This is actually very common in online gaming. The option for different refresh rates exists for us players for a reason.
It helps modern, fast‑paced games run smoothly and look their best. But not all web‑based games are built to handle those higher settings. High refresh rates are fantastic for fast paced titles, yet other games or browser games simply aren’t designed with that technology in mind.
"Why has this not been fixed yet. Is this how to report a problem? Is there another way to report this? Nobody is fixing the problem, looks like it's been reported. They keep having badge challenges with the game as well. I did end up getting the last one. I did the first stage of the tutorial 8 times and got the badge. This is ridiculous on so many levels. You would think there would be someone giving updates and addressing issues."
Yes, it has been reported and there is a guide here and online discussing the adjustment and steps. A higher refresh rate is like having a faster camera. You see more frames of what’s happening, so everything looks smoother and you react quicker. Trizzle doesn't need that = 60 HZ
