Trying to renew my subscription on Pogo and will not accept my prepaid Visa

Trying to renew my subscription on Pogo but they are not accepting a prepaid Visa card PLEASE HELP No way to contact EA I have been through all of the hoops trying. I have been a paying member since 2011.
