Tula freezing after her sunburst is used in peggle blast

Is anyone else having trouble with tula freezing in peggle blast still? I've tried on 3 different devices and all the same. I've tried everything and still nothing. One of the devices is 16 gb ram so definitely not that. It's frustrating.please help
