Unable to access Pogo Games - Feb 2, 2024

I can't log into Pogo. I see nothing but a black screen. I have tried the suggestions. Cookies, restart, different browser, all to no avail. Please help.

Hey Everyone,

Our team has made some changes, and you should now be able to play games on Pogo. You may need to refresh your page or clear your cookies and cache.

I wanted to check with this thread to see if anyone is still running into issues?

me too so frustrating I have contacted ea games but no help has been black screen for a week

Browser: Safari ver 13.1.2
No Error message. Just after signing into Pogo the screen goes black and never comes up. Started on January 31, 2024.
