Sorry to hear you've run into this issue.
Thankfully the team is aware and are working to resolve this for any affected players.
To help I'm going to ask you to confirm a couple things for us so we can send them on to the team to help with the investigation.
Could you let us know if you are playing on PC or Mobile?
If on PC can you let us know what browser you are using as well as what version the browser is.
If on mobile can you let us know if you are on Android or iOS.

i have same issue, again. i went thru same thing last month. reached out to appropriate channel, sent in my book of information, energy showed up a couple weeks later. then earlier it happened yet again and now energy was taken when i leveled up. very irritating. not interested in jumping thru all the hoops again, but lesson learned. i will not buy anything else and i am seriously thinking about cancelling pogo altogether.
