Verification code

Why am i being prompted to provide a code everytime I log on I have the feature disabled   Please fix it

    Hey @HmSwtGrl @snubber756Mn 

    If you are being prompted to provided a verification code when logging into your EA/Pogo account, this can be prompted for a few reasons.

    Due to our efforts in providing secuirty around EA accounts we don't have a way to easily remove this requirements. Generally, make sure your Device and Browser are up to date, and if your using the same internet you should not get these too often.

    A few years ago, there were directions given for turning off the verification codes. 

    I went into my EA account this morning and it is still turned off.  Yet I still get prompted to do this about once a month.

    If I wanted to do this, I wouldn't have turned the option off years ago.

    Why is this happening, and how do I get it to stop?
