Would you mind logging out of Pogo and trying these three troubleshooting steps to see if this will help?
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance. Check for Browser Updates.
Clean Device: Cache/Cookies
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause pages not to load properly. Additionally, check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 or higher.
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary webpages or applications that may be running in the background consuming resources.
