What is wrong with Quinn's Aquarium?

 I keep losing gems because When I complete a game, It gives me a message that tells me to "TryAgain.  My EA account # is rwxug72wtxki. I would appreciate it if you can return the gems I lost.  Thank you

    EA Help > I want to check my order status - Pogo

    Click on Chat With Us and follow the steps to open a case.

    When we see the error message "Try Again", this could be an indicator to exit the site and clean our cache and check for updates on our devices.

    This is account RWXUG72WTXKI.  I lost 2 more gems today because Quinns Aquarium gave me an error again after I finished the game to "Try Again or Restart the game again".

    In the past month I have lost at least 10 gems  They cost me $$.  I believe that I am not going to purchase any more gems if this keep up.  I enjoy playing this game  but not at the cost of losing money.  Every time this happens to me,  I will be sending you a message.
