What's with the graphics on games lately. So many glitches on Pogo's end

This has become more and more a problem.  Earlier today Scrabble was fine. Now letter squares are black. That's not the only game.

    Thanks for sharing feedback and providing some additional context. 

    First, for the monthly survey, I'm happy to pass it along to our team to see if we can get additional comment sections. 

    Secondly, for the steps I shared above. As you mentioned these steps have helped others in the past. 

    Whenever you post feedback on an issue, or if you running into a technical problem we try to share as much relevant information as possible. Since were having visual issues sharing steps to see if any improvement might be made is something we always try to do. 

    If the steps do no help us, it might help our team get a better understanding of what might be causing the issue if they know that we've already tried to resolve something.

    Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games.

    Honestly, this standard reply to me or anyone else is frustrating. While it may be the solution for some, for long time members of Pogo, we already know and TRY all the things on our end before reporting an issue. These graphics issues are on Pogo's end. I expect the same excellent customer help I used to get years ago from EA for Pogo help. Lately I feel the help we seek as players has diminished from your end. And it's sad and frustrating. Also, if you could pass a message to the people at Pogo.... it would be great to have a comment section in each of the survey's they ask us to answer on a monthly basis. That way we could explain why we answered the way we did. Their answer options do not always reflect what a player wants to communicate about a particular game. Then the feedback we give is more accurate for the questions they ask. THANK YOU. I hope this feedback goes to a real person and not some AI center.

  • I am with you.  The AI is taking over my games.  Moves dice where I don't want.  It sucks! Long time member but re-thinking that.
