I have had issues with the various bonus wedges (Free Spin, Express, Mystery, etc.) When I land on one it freezes the game without bringing up the letter select. Ultimately it times me out and I lose my turn. Extremely frustrating. I play on an iPad using safari and also tried chrome. Please assist.

This happens on a lot of games. Still can’t play Solitaire Home Story at all. Several games will freeze during play but the stupid timer keeps going. All Pogo does about it is say follow the troubleshooting steps. Which I’ve done over and over! But nothing changes and they don’t attempt to correct it. I’ve been a Pogo member for 28ish years and in Club Pogo since it started. It’s quite frustrating. Especially when they don’t really listen and just say the same thing.
