Wheel of fortune game

while trying to play the wheel of fortune game , the wheel doesn't always go away so the letters needed to solve the puzzle will be revealed. Also the wheel does not always come up so you can spin , neither do the letters, it's very annoying . I'm paying to play these POGO games ,I'm hoping it can be fixed.
