Wheel of Fortune, Lucky Cat Bingo and Poker Town Not Loading

Since last Wednesday, I am unable to get any of these three games to load (Wheel of Fortune, Lucky Cat Bingo and Poker Town.  I have tried everything possible, restarting the computer, turning off the spyware, deleting the cookies and cache.  Nothing is working!

Also, I don't understand why the same games continue to be added into different events and challenges which don't load or work correctly to achieve the challenge and to complete the event.

Then there are times that the challenges are so long and difficult that you are forced to purchase power-ups or give up altogether.

I have been a Pogo gamer for over 20+ years, and I refuse to purchase power-ups or gems.

I am starting to understand why I keep seeing that many gamers are not renewing their subscription!

Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out, and if no one has told you lately, thank you for being a Pogo member for over 20+ years 🎉 Your dedication and being part of our community means a lot!

Pogo is one of the longest‑running browser‑based gaming sites not only in the United States, but in the world. It’s genuinely a special community built over decades, where players have shared games, friendships, and memories that span generations.

I think I can help with some of your questions and concerns 😊

"I am starting to understand why I keep seeing that many gamers are not renewing their subscription!"

We have to be mindful when reading posts. You’ll rarely see messages like “Had fun gaming today,” “Everything is working fine,” or “I’m very happy and having fun.” Most of the time, people post because they’re dealing with an issue, feeling confused, frustrated, or simply looking for help. That’s just the nature of community boards, people speak up when something goes wrong, not when everything is running smoothly— they’re a snapshot of who needs help right now.

Then there are times that the challenges are so long and difficult that you are forced to purchase power-ups or give up altogether.

Purchasing powerups is optional and available for players who like having an extra edge or a quicker path through tougher moments. Pogo is not only one of the longest running browser-based gaming sites - it's free to anyone.

We have the option to purchase a Club Pogo Membership which includes daily freebies, discounts, events, special badges, full screen option and ad free play. Essentially, this follows a model of "free-to-play with optional purchases," which is standard throughout the gaming industry.

Also, I don't understand why the same games continue to be added into different events and challenges which don't load or work correctly to achieve the challenge and to complete the event.

Currently I’m able to access all the games on the Pogo website without any issues. However, some players are reporting problems such as loading loops, freezing, blank screens, or games not progressing. This is when we need to look at our devices for maintenance, updates, and settings that may have changed.

Our devices update constantly — browsers, operating systems, antivirus tools, extensions and even small changes can affect how a browser‑based site like Pogo communicates with our system. When something suddenly stops working, it’s often due to:

    • A browser update resetting settings
    • Cached data becoming corrupted
    • Extensions blocking scripts
    • Outdated drivers or system components
    • Security tools tightening restrictions
    • Hardware acceleration disabled
    • Device resources being overloaded
    • Weak or unstable internet (routers/modems need to be maintenance and updated too)

A quick round of device maintenance can usually clear these issues up.

What’s interesting about these three specific games not loading is that they’re all newer titles and very resource‑intensive.

If our device is running low on resources — whether from having too many webpages open, too many files or programs running, or simply because the system is older or outdated, these games may freeze, show blank screens, or fail to load.

There are several different ways to "clear cookies and cache", depending on what you want to clean and how deeply you want to clean it. Most people only know one or two methods, but browsers actually offer multiple layers of data removal. You can do a quick online search for your specific device and browser to find even more ways to deep‑clean your system and remove stored data that may be affecting how games load and perform.

Additionally updating your graphics driver if you use a Windows Laptop or Desktop user, is also very important. There is a guide here with more information > Why gamers need to update their graphics drivers now
