Wheel of Fortune Tournament and Multipliers

1: Wheel of fortune tournament if off. Since yesterday that is shows "Tournament Over - Starting Soon".

 

2: For the past month or more the multipliers only work for the grade below, i.e., x5 gives x3 points, x3 gices x2 points and x2 doesn't give any extra points. 

 

Please solve this.
