Hello and thank you for posting about Wheel of Fortune!

I play this game myself and I want to reassure you that the keyboard disappearing during round 2 is actually completely normal and part of the game mechanics, here is what's happening!

About the Bonus Round:

Round 2 is the Bonus Round and it works a little differently from the main game! When the bonus round begins the game automatically reveals a set of free letters first — once all of those free letters have finished populating on the board the keyboard will reappear and your timer will start! So, the keyboard is not gone, it is just waiting for the free letters to finish revealing themselves before giving you control! 😊

However, if the keyboard never appears even after the free letters have fully populated that would indicate something on the browser or device side is preventing it from loading and here are some things to check:

• Check your browser zoom level, make sure it is set to 100%. A zoomed in browser can push the keyboard below your visible screen area.
• Clear your cache, cookies and temporary files: Corrupted data can interrupt the bonus round transition
• Disable any browser extensions temporarily: Ad blockers or script blockers can sometimes prevent game elements from loading
• Try a different browser: This will help determine if it is browser specific.
• Make sure your browser is fully updated: Browsers need a lot of cleaning & update every 2-4 weeks
