Wheel of fortune

I have been playing Wheel of Fortune a lot. Going through the list of cities where you have to play a required number of games to get credit for it. My latest were Phoenix and Las Vegas. I got to the end of them and instead of saying completed they went all the way back to zero! All that hard work for nothing. Trying to contact customer support about this has been a frustrating nightmare. I am getting so tired of dealing with Pogo I probably won't won't renew next time.
