where is my tokens??

@alexis2543player, I am a volunteer to tries to answer questions here at Answers HQ. I don't know who HOHIT is , but perhaps he is an EA manager at Answers HQ or an EA adviser that you spoke to online or by phone in the past.

The title of your post is "where is my tokens" so I am assuming you use to be able to see the number of tokens you had at the top of the Pogo home page in the past on the Classic Pogo main page, but you can no longer see them now. That is true. During 2020 Pogo started to give new reward points called Pogis for the HD games, but still gave Tokens for the older Flash games. At sometime during the final months of 2020 Tokens were no longer shown on the top bar of the Classic Pogo home page. Finally on December 1, 2020 the remaining Flash games were retired and it was no longer possible to earn Tokens anymore.

Your Pogo Tokens earned in the past are still here at the Pogo website. They cannot be used for anything anymore but they are here. To find your Tokens, follow these steps.

1. When you log into Pogo now you will be taken to the New Pogo home page
2. In the upper righthand corner of the home page you will see a small circle with a face or character inside. That is your avatar at the New Pogo pages.
3. Click on this small circle with your avatar and you will see a drop-down menu with a bigger avatar shown.
4. Now click on the bigger avatar and you will be taken to your Profile page. Scroll down until you see the words "Classic Library" and click on that.
5.You will then see your "Lifetime Tokens", which is the number of Tokens you have received in the past at the Pogo Classic pages.

THERE is where your tokens from the past are shown. They are only saved as an historical record of how many tokens you earned in the past. Unfortunately, our Token reward system at Pogo was shut off in December 2020 and now Pogis are earned as part of the new reward system instead of Tokens. Please don't shoot me. I am just the messenger of bad news.
