White screen in monopoly sudoku and lost internet connection glitch

Well I hear they did a service update and now it is all messed up,

Jewel acadamy has been for the longest time constantly interrupting the game siting internet connection or the like when my connection is fine.

Now today after a service update?????

Monopoly Sudoku white screen wont load YET the sale event pop up sure does load, Yeah they had to make sure that worked if nothing else. UGH...

Then I went to another browser after clearing temp folders etc and after rapidly clicking on the white the game did load and I started one, Meanwhile people in chat all having the same problems.

Their game crashes or quits and they lose credit. I managed to get one game done on the easiest level and then mine quit right after collecting and as of now still back to white screen wont load.

I pay $40 a year for this? WHY???

    Yes.  Standard response.  I walked away and came back 45 minutes later and, lo and behold, my issue was magically resolved and I did not do anything!  Enjoy your day, Dave!

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

  • Same for me.  Can't save my progress due to connectivity but all other sites are working fine.  Frustrating to say the least...

    EVERYONE IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM TODAY. ALL OF OUR EQUIPMENT CAN'T BE TO BLAME. IT'S YOUR FAULT ON YOUR END.

  • this morning I completed all 6 games for today closed program and when I went back in I was back to square one
