Who’s fault is it

I just renewed my membership, for the 15th year. I almost didn’t do it, because I am so disgusted with the poor operations of so many games on the iPad. I cannot get into the new poker game at all, and Solitaire Home Story and Matching Moments are constantly crashing. I think I’ve lost over 60 gems from purchases not being delivered. And worst of all, I can’t believe EA is making us PAY for technical assistance.

I’m really fed up, anyone else?😫😠👿

Make sure you use safari to go to pogo.com and it should work better and if there is any slowing down at all then clear your cache as it will help you run the games alot better.

I have recently updated my iPad to OS 26.4. And I have the exact same problem with all above mentioned games since updating to iPad OS 26.3. It did not help to use Safari browser with all cache and cookies removed. The result is analog no matter which browser I use. It seems like there is something going on between Apple and developers of these games that has not been resolved properly yet. Please address these issues immediately and come up with a workable solution.
