There is a lag between selecting or typing a letter and it appearing on the board. I've cleared my cache multiple times and have been experiencing this issue for about the past 3 days. I'm running Safari 16.6.1. I don't have issues with any other game.

Thanks for your reply. I think I may have isolated the issue to my keyboard. I don't use the mouse in this game. I tried using the mouse to select instead, and I'm not seeing the lag in response time. I have another keyboard, but I have to dig it out of my storage closet in order to confirm. In the meantime, please keep this ticket open in case it turns out that the keyboard is not the issue.
