Yahtzee Wild

Please help. I have closed and reopened Pogo, refreshed the game and restarted the browser and my computer and the game will not load. It just says "Connecting to the server, Please wait..."

I am trying to finish the last 2 games for the Spin to Win! challenge and the game won't load

  • Hello! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. The "Connecting to the server, please wait" error can be frustrating. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

    Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. Also, check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable), there should be a number on it, the best is 6 or higher to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider.

    Clear browser cache and cookies

    Update Your Graphics DriverTroubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not).

    Same issue and have run troubleshooting as described - not happy with POGO right now as I'm out 400 + gems due to a glitch when purchasing coins for Merge Academy - and now this - I too cannot complete my challenge.😞

  • So many are having the same issue.  I have tried everything.  Still doesn't work

    I have also done all the troubleshooting steps and still not working. This is very frustrating. It’s not working on my phone either. Seems to be a Yahtzee/Pogo problem!

  • The technical problems are almost ALWAYS a problem with POGO.  Their tech support absolutely sucks.  Customer service is now non existant.   The key reason so many of us are deciding to not renew our subscriptions after YEARS of membership!

    I'm having the same problem.  I cannot get Yahtzee Wild to load but have no problem with other games. It must be a Pogo problem, not my equipment.
