Hi Mayors,

Thank you so much for all the feedback you've shared so far. We've been following the thread and reading your comments, and have seen a few questions wondering what this thread is for, and asking for new information and updates about the new system. So I wanted to pop in and give a quick rundown:

#1. Purpose of This Thread - What This Space Is For:

This thread is here to enable us to better listen to you around the new system rollout. As you share your experiences with the new system and feedback about what changes you'd love and why, we're collecting your feedback and your points together in a report for our studio partners, so your perspectives can be seen, heard, and considered.

#2. Information and Updates:

At the moment, we don’t have news beyond what’s in our Service 2.0 Announcement. If that changes, we’ll create a dedicated thread to share the news and pin it at the top of the board, making it easier for everyone to find.

#3. Forum Rules - Expectations for Engaging:

Lots of great and passionate feedback has come through, and thank you again, because we really appreciate you taking the time to share your honest experience and thoughts about the new system with us. Sadly, some comments have crossed into personal attacks toward developers, EA staff, and other people. That isn’t acceptable here. Please take a moment to read our forum rules, as posts containing rude statements, insulting personal remarks, or name-calling will be removed and may result in strikes being applied.
