Community ManagerThe fact that EA's Services 2.0 update caused those residences to become abandoned and that action triggered those residences now having to be renovated is bonkers. It's the kind of things you do to get people to stop playing a game. It's bizarre. Was someone really sitting around thinking up ways to annoy players? Because this whole needing to renovate a building is new. Why would anyone want that?
Well EA_Lanna you asked for feedback and you got it. All negative, services 2.0 is a screwed up and the current seasonal currency. Question is do you have the courage to admit the mistakes and the skills to fix it or do you really not care about the user feedback?

EA lies again
In my city negative effect are paused - they do not affect happiness, yet. Also I received some service buildings - they appeared in my storage. Most of them cannot be put back into storage after they are taken out. The free service buildings may be what saves my game - after spendind amost 3 milions Simoleones for upgrades in my regions, I would not have enough Simoleons nor NeoSimoleons for all the necessary upgrades in my Capital.
