I restarted my city after 8 months now I can’t provide enough services to appease the game.  I have tons of water and power and yet it asks for more. Customer service must be on holiday, not that they are any help. I feel like a fool for spending money on this game, looking for a way to get a refund.

    Customer service told me they are aware of the problem and working on it. It’s a glitch.
