✨Service 2.0 Update - Feedback Thread✨

Going by the negative feedback, this has got to be the worst update ever. Is anyone from the Dev team reading any of the comments? Are they kicking themselves for absolutely ruining what was once an enjoyable game to play? They've worked really hard on steadily ruining it for approximately the last 3 or 4 years. For those that hated the trains, this has to have them totally incensed 🤣 

My in-game friends list has been decimated, very few have been active for quite a few seasons - you guys have pushed them to their limits thanks very much 😡 

Are EA dumping this game? Is that the plan? Why not tell us now if they are? They have a nasty habit of doing just that, with little or zero notice.
