✨Service 2.0 Update - Feedback Thread✨

This new service and update is a real poop show. Now we have to renovate abandoned buildings instead of just moving the abandoned building back to a serviceable area. Give me a break. That makes it really hard to reorganize your city. That makes players not want to play. This is a city-building game, not an upgrade service game. You are doing a disservice to your player base with this terrible implementation of this update. You should scrap all future plans for this update and just focus on giving us a better game. We should be able to zoom out further, open the mayor pass without the game being stuck in a loading screen that forces you to restart, get better rewards for the season pass, have a better developer that cares about the game and not just getting every last cent. We should not be bombarded with offers upon opening the game that won’t disappear, not have the screen cluttered with icons and ads that take up screen space. You guys are ruining this game with every update and forcing players to quit. Instead of bombarding us with never ending “offers” for our hard-earned money, why don’t you launch a subscription service, like Netflix. I would gladly pay $10.00 a month to play this game to keep it alive. I would only pay a subscription fee, however if and only if you guys stopped with the never ending offers that increase in price every time they’re offered and give us a game that has better mechanics. It seems like you guys are trying to force all these micro transactions on people either because this game is hurting for money or you guys are trying to get people to quit so you can find a reason to shut the game down to save you money. Gaming used to be fun, but the evil corporate greed has ruined this industry. You guys are a part of the problem.
