Community ManagerIve spent years building my city. My population was 8.8M just a month ago. This was loaded into my game and has crashed everything i worked for. My current population is 1.6M and it was 5.5M just 4 days ago. Most of it disappeared within minutes which is when i came here. All my services say theres plenty of capacity for demand but show troubles. Ive spent my entire simoleans trying to save it but now im broke. Ive been on the game tech support for 1-2 months and getting no help so i came here. Not sure what to do now except delete the game and go fishing. How does one get through to tech support? Oh and the game freezes some times when I go to services to review, add or increase services. I have to close the app and then reload it.
