Community ManagerAs I’ve built my cities over 4-5 years, I did so with spreading out small service buildings efficiently. But now, even if I were to fully upgrade all of them, they don’t have enough capacity to cover my buildings. Please increase the capacity of the smaller service buildings. Otherwise, you are asking people to blow up their cities and all the creative effort they’ve put into them over several years! Update: now the power for my cities is gone! I had all OMEGA power plants in most cities and I can’t upgrade bc they require an exorbitant amount of neosim’s to upgrade at all. And now I’m going to have to fix an insane amount of abandoned buildings. This makes me not want to play this game anymore after 4+ years of playing daily. This new services rollout is a disaster that you guys need to make right, or you guys are going to lose a ton of players and a ton of money. You guys need to grandfather players in who have used old services or give out a TON more neosims and sims, probably millions.
Have you used the service buildings (electricity, water, police, … that had been placed into your storage? (I spent awfull ammount of Simoleons before finding out I have power plants and other services in my storage.) Also check the prices of new Omega power plants (level 1), in my case buying more Omega services level 1 helped too.
