I would like to thank you for the Servcies 2.0 update. It's really such a mess that it's helping me to phase out from this game which was consuming soooo much of my time.
I can understand the logic of the services 2.0 approach. But I cannot understand / accept why previously existing players have been penalised so much. OK, you gave us a few coins to "compensate". But you didn't give us enough (I would have needed at least 3 or 4 times more to put everything back to 100% green), and most importantly you didn't give us any neo coins, when those are the services that really can cover the needs. Therefore, after more than a month of hard work and long time trying to rebuild what you had destroyed without reason, I'm still far from being at 50% of what I had before... I don't see the point of us being penalised so much; and therefore spending so much of my time fixing your destruction.
Moreover, the transition phase was too short: with half of the city being in red, you don't get 100% of the cash, which doesn't help rebuilding what your upgrade destroyed.
As a consequence, I am so frustrated and disheartened by the situation, that for the past 3 weeks I've finally been able to drastically reduce the time spent on your game. So many thanks for that!!!
The only reason I don't quit and uninstall the game is that I'm part of a great team and I want to continue playing and interacting with them, even if at a small fraction of what I did before.
So... in short, thanks for the complete failure of your upgrade!
PS: by the way... the recent "exchange rate" for war items is also a complete rip off, far less interesting than before... So I'm also not using it at all anymore.
