Community ManagerI had been playing this game for over 10 years. If the developers really wanted to make changes this radical to a game. They should’ve just developed a new game. After the 2.0 update, I looked at the game and my regions and cities. It was really sad. I had spent probably a year in the past constructing all Omega services for all regions. The update dropped their capabilities from 200 units down to 85. But, of course I could pay for more capacity. I didn’t waste my time trying to figure out how the other services were affected.
‘Plus, they were really trying hard to push the Trains. Those had already dried up. The train thing was boring! They hadn’t done anything to improve it since it first came out. This looked like trying to sell a used car for new and not even putting on fresh tires.
Of course, then there’s the Contest of Mayors. Shortened the season to 3 weeks, from 4 weeks. Season cost the same, same game. Basically just got more expensive.
Started feeling a little nostalgic so, I visited the game. Yep, I’m done with it!
Ads popping up, Maxis Manor quit giving Vu disaster items. Didn’t even notice if there was a COM going on. All services insufficient.
I have to agree with most people, thanks for killing the game. I needed to move on.
Already found another game. Lots of games out there to choose from.
