$90 SimCash for 2000 Railway Simoleon

Hello - I’m super sad! I saved up $90 SimCash to go to the railway shop to convert it with 2000 Railway Simoleon because I had a lot of backlog items dependent on items from the Railway Shop. When I pressed confirm, it took all of my $90 SimCash and didn’t give me any Railway Simoleons! Anyone had this issue? I logged in and restarted the app but still don’t see the Railway Simoleons and now I have $0 SimCash too..
