Ad Factory

Will the Ad Factory ever work on the Android platform? I play my city on a fire tablet (Fire HD 10, 11th gen) and iphone. Ads (video rewards) and the Ad Factory work on the iphone but not on the Fire tablet.  Is there a fix to get the Ad Factory to work on the Fire tablet?
