All service bars red

Question

Hello, &nbsp;After the latest SimCity BuildIt update (November 2025), my city shows “Sims are reporting degraded service!” even though I have large surpluses of power, water, sewage and waste management. &nbsp;All service bars show red (!) and my happiness and population dropped drastically.&nbsp;The issue appears on all my devices (iOS), and I’m logged in via an EA account. &nbsp;I already tried restarting, logging out/in, and reinstalling the app — nothing helps. &nbsp;It looks like a bug introduced in the newest version. &nbsp;Please fix or let me know if there’s a workaround. &nbsp;Thank you!

Yep mine too, everytime they upgrade this **bleep** game they create another bug. Just getting beyond a useless joke now. I asked my club members and most have the same bug!

Confirming this issue still exists. I experienced the same service bug after the December 5 update. Services show red warnings despite overcapacity, and the problem follows the building when moved. EA Support has so far treated it as user error with generic replies, but this is clearly an update-related bug, similar to what’s described in this thread.
