Hello, having the issues mentioned above. Running a pixel 7 I just installed Android 14, and leveled up to 50 at about the same time. First I stopped receiving video ads, or any offers to earn sim cash. Then I lost connectivity to the servers, I cannot check on CoM or the Trade HQ. I have cleared the cache with my game, I have restarted my phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have changed all the ad permissions as advised in previous forums and threads. Please advise thanks!!

Hi @EA_Cade Do you know what will happen regarding Tap Joy offers we are in the middle of doing. I am in the middle of doing a pretty time consuming one and don't want to commit all this time to it if the offers are now null and voidThanks

I was going to be optimistic and wait till the update. But another day another update still broken. So y'all are aware but clearly not invested in fixing. Obviously you don't care about android users. No update no apologies no warning. Refuse to spend money on games that don't care about my user experience.

Hi, also since Android 14 I have no adverts, or speed up opportunities. I logged into an old tablet not running Android 14 and all the adverts etc where there. I tried to report the issue to EA but I was told adverts couldn't always be assured. I think they have missed the point that it wasn't that an advert wasn't available but that there has been nothing since the Android update.But for info I do have access to Trade HQ and CoMReally need an update from EA to fix this issue.

Since my phone got updated to Android 14 and One UI 6.0 I am no longer able to access all the AD related bonuses you can get.

We're aware of and investigating issues related to general connectivity issues and ads not displaying when they should be at the moment on Android 14.

I'm having problems playing the game after updating my Google pixel 7 to Android 14. The only way I can get into the game is to clear my cache in both the game and Google Play store. And even then, I still have no access to ad generated content.

I have lost every adv video during the game (either to accelerate the industry production either to win gift either to change buildings upgrade projects).
How can i have those again? I play now on an android samsung galaxy s23. Thank u for the information n
