Well they haven't been very helpful then! That's not good. I hope this bug gets resolved soon 🤞🏻 It completely rules out travelling to Sunny Isles until it is fixed. I can't keep getting trapped there.
On the issue of your factories being there, that's a bad situation to have, so I guess you'll be searching the global trade for items quite a lot til it's fixed!

I was able to move them from a different device to my capital. At least I got that going for me!
