Bug of simcity (Android )) apk

Hi, I using huawei android download at apk for this simcity. I have some error here ... 1) entertainment index got problem of the index point, can't take other entertainment building. ( My casino index +15 , I check my friend one is index +125 ) error.  2) can't read advertising video some time 3) my sewage & waste management both capacity Is more than demand , how come the logo still showing in red color?
