Bug or Tech Issue

There is a massive problem with the video ads. Since I have been playing and that's a while now around 50-75% of ads do not function properly on the backend. Issues involve:

not getting credit after watching as intended,

ad freezing/getting stuck,

upon completion kicking you out as if not watched,

clicking to watch but nothing happens.

This issue is particularly frustrating since watching 2 videos per day is now part of the Mayor's Contest. Many times I must watch 6-10 videos to finally get just 1 credit.
