Bug with mass transit / in game customer support

I am on level 15 and I have unlocked mass transit & I’ve placed a small railway station with a fully connected track (I’ve Already dispatched two trains) But after leaving the app for a couple hours, I now can’t send any more trains because I am not being allowed to add passengers to my train. I have two slots open with 160 passengers each my train can only hold 40 passengers at the moment but it won’t let me add any passengers at all. My dispatch button is also grey (as I can’t add any passengers) I have tried restarting the game when I do everything works fine apart from if I try to open the station interface, it buffers (which it does not normally Do) and When I am contacting Support in game, my game keeps on crashing (my game never normally crashes either) This is actually the forth time I’ve written this message because support keeps crashing and I’ve now been sent here :( please help thank you.
