BuildIt freezes screen —- cannot restart!

In the last 3 weeks, 2 new updates to “improve user experiences” have shut down my user experience.

1- Apple iOS update in late January

2- BuildIt Services update in early February 

Is anyone aware of the solution to resolve this failure? I can play my game without issue on my Android smartphone, flawlessly. When I play on my iPad, I am unable to use the Services icons in my Capital City without a psychedelic color screen scramble and complete device lockup.

I have uninstalled BuildIt multiple times, hard reboot the iPad, cleared my browser history and data, and requested tech support.  I saw on Reddit that this issue comes and goes over history, but the last 3 weeks are rendering my “user experience” as poor, very poor indeed!

Any advice and solutions you may know are greatly appreciated! I attached a screen shot of the frozen screen upon attempting Services usage.
