Can’t meet energy demand no matter what I do

I am seriously considering leaving the game over this. I spent all my design challenge money trying to fix my power problems but cannot resolve so without services working, I cannot participate in the design challenge. A game is supposed to be fun, relaxing or exciting, but I am feeling nothing but anger and frustration. I guess the real money I pay monthly does not mean anything to the developers.
