Can’t load ads

I understand your frustration! By 'ads' you mean the reward videos, right? I've seen this happen before. Here are a few things you could try:

1. Reset Advertising ID: Go to your device settings -> Google -> Ads -> ResetAdvertising ID. This often forces the game to find new ads.

2. Clear Cache: Go to your app settings, find SimCity, and clear the Cache (not the Data!).

3. DNS/Adblockers: Check if you are using a private DNS or an Adblocker on your device or router, as these can block the 'blank' ad windows.

4. Wait a few seconds: Sometimes the game needs a moment to 'pre-load' the ad in the background before you click the button.

When I tap on any reward ad it disappears and I get nothing, now I just don't bother tapping at all because it's a complete waste of time for me to do so.

A bit like the game itself nowadays 🤣
