Cannot see my Google+ friends
I have two tablets and two different Google+ account. I put them into common group. When I enter in google play account, I see them. Game does not see them. What's the wrong?

Hello together,
for around 2 weeks I'm searching a way to see my friend via Google Play (Google+). I've followed every advise I found via google, but without success.
- We added eachother to the circles in Google+
- We set the permissions in google+ for simcity buildit
- We waited more than 24 hours after each change
- There were some other things I don't remember right now
The most advises I found in the internet were obsolete, for example is the way google+ allows apps now much more simplier than it obviously was before.
Please help me to see the city of my friend. I also buyed simcash, so my disappointment is high.
I would have found it better to search for a specific city of a friend and add it, at least as workarround!

This is not working for me either.
I've just started to play a month ago. I have friends who play, and are in my Google+, and I'm signed into Google+
In the game settings, pressing the 3 dots, there is no "Sharing Settings" as every suggests should be there.
