Cant Attack no name city in War
In SImcity Builit, I have encounter 3 times in the war this week with the opponent club have one or more city which have no name / blank. This is cheat or bug ? We can't attack their noname / blan...

Those are cheater cities that were banned. They were removed, but unfortunately it creates an issue with war. They should just remove the city completely but I guess it could create other problems if the club only has around 10 members. The cities were removed after war started, which is why they are still there.
