Capacity vs Demand
I don’t understand. I increased the services capacity several times (water, power), the capacity is higher than demand, but the game keeps asking for more upgrades pointing out shortages. What do I need to do? Thanks :)

Same I went from 1mio residents to 38000 and even when I reconstruct abandoned buildings the population isn't increasing they just stay vacant. I've spent a lot of (real) money trying to get it fixed as I've played more than 5 years. Hoping they fix it very soon...
The problem remains unresolved. This is completely unacceptable...
Can the EA team answer regarding this??? the game isn't playable anymore because of this...
Also if anyone have some news it would be great to know
