Changing regions causes crash loop

This problem started about a month ago for me.

I can visit Limestone Cliffs region but when I try and leave the game crashes. Sometimes I can log in on another device and get back to the main city but for the past day I've not been able to.

Ive tried clearing the cache, data and reinstalling the full game. When I log back in it takes me straight to Limestone Cliffs and when I try and leave... We crash again.

I try to leave by selecting any other region. I've tried to visit friends and return but it still crashes. 

Occurs on my Samsung phone and tablet. Both are up to date.

    That’s just one of a myriad of problems that have been plaguing many of us for months.  EA has ignored all complaints.  Welcome to the club.  :(

    I have the exact same issue, nothing works like clearing cache, restarting phone, reinstalling game etc. I have a Samsung too.  I can access all regions except for limestone cliffs which it crashes every time I try load it. Really really annoying and EA help is ignoring all my tickets
