Club bombarded with join requests

Maybe they just want to complete the task.

Accept them, block messages from them then remove them. You shouldn’t receive any more messages from them.

It won’t impact current members. If those current members leave, you would just have to lower the requirements to allow them back in. As long as they remain in the club, increasing the requirements will have no affect on current membership. 

They jump from club to club, participate in a war in their new club, and are unable to be accepted; or they move to another club and can be neither accepted nor declined.

why don't you just accept their request?

Thanks.  The offenders are higher ranked than about 2/3 of our club members.  Not sure what impact that would have on existing membership.

Change your requirements to higher levels and it should stop
