Shadow graphical glitch

I've got this large shadow cast across part of my city, removing certain buildings will get rid of it but it's making my city look pretty ugly. 

Removing deoksugung palace removes it.

Here's the glitch with the Eiffel tower

How do I fix this? Besides the obvious answer of just not using these buildings, ideally I'd have both Eiffel tower and doeksugung palace in place.
