Constant blinking/flashing in Capital City
Anything that lights up in my city is constantly flashing - not ideal for someone who suffers from epilepsy.

Ok so I thought I would cut corners by posting the problem here first because pretty often, someone from the in-game help normally sends us here to post about whatever problem it is that they can't fix and their developers read posts here.
Really?
I bit the bullet and contacted help and somebody got back to me with an absolutely laughable response.
Customer Disservice at it's best, completely ignore the problem, respond about a completely different issue that I am not having.
Please see attachment and tell me this is all a bad dream
- @nebulus999 You are not wrong there! In fairness they have managed to help me in the past with some issues but not this time and after 2 weeks of zero help with what could potentially be a serious medical issue I got what I got through in-game chat. Disappointing is not a strong enough word.
