Constant blinking/flashing in Capital City
Anything that lights up in my city is constantly flashing - not ideal for someone who suffers from epilepsy.

@nebulus999 You are not wrong there! In fairness they have managed to help me in the past with some issues but not this time and after 2 weeks of zero help with what could potentially be a serious medical issue I got what I got through in-game chat. Disappointing is not a strong enough word.
