Constant blinking/flashing in Capital City
Anything that lights up in my city is constantly flashing - not ideal for someone who suffers from epilepsy.

@EA_Lanna I'm not able to see where an attachment could be added and it keeps asking me to sign in. Eventually I had to reset my password 🤣
- @nebulus999 Yes! It's all over my Capital like a rash, especially with things like mountain waterfalls, certain beach items and various other stuff 😞

Hey folks, I've passed this on and we've opened an investigation. If you can remember any specifics that led to this appearing in-game (like an update or an error message), or any steps the team should take to reproduce the issue, that'd be great and would help speed things up.

This possibly started around the time of the Route 66 update, going by what some others have been saying on a fan page about it.
Hoping that shines some light on what's been causing it.
